Understanding the Reviews
Each review consists of three parts:
- Information about the reviewer
- Unstructured reviewer comments
- Structured rating on quality, price, ease of use, support, and productivity (one to five stars)
- Each review lists the reviewer's name and location, as well as the number of clinicians in the office.
- Each review has an optional text field that allows the reviewer to add comments such as the pros and cons of his or her EHR.
- The main part of each review is a structured ratings section that allows the reviewer to rate products on a five-point scale (with five being the best) on the criteria below.
