Partners for Patients Program

AAFP's Center for Health Information Technology has signed historic agreements with leading companies whose software, hardware and networking products and services are important adjuncts to the modern practice of medicine. These companies are members of the Center for Health-IT's Partners for Patients program (P4P).

As members of P4P, these companies have come forward voluntarily to support the four principles upon which the Partners for Patients initiative was founded. These supporting companies have signed a Declaration of Support for the Four HIT Principles.

Members of the Partners for Patients program have actively supported the Center for Health-IT through various projects and collaborations that directly benefit AAFP members. We look forward to continuing these excellent working relationships to assist our members in selecting and implementing EHRs.
