AAFP's Center for Health Information Technology has signed historic agreements with leading companies whose software, hardware, and networking products and services are important adjuncts to the modern practice of medicine. These companies are the members of the CHiT's Partners for Patients group (P4P).
As members of P4P, these companies have come forward voluntarily to support the four principles upon which the Partners for Patients initiative is founded. These supporting companies have signed a Declaration of Support for the Four HIT Principles.
Members of the Partners for Patients have actively supported the CHiT through various projects and collaborations that directly benefit AAFP members. We look forward to continuing this excellent working relationship to assist our members in selecting and implementing EHRs.
