Terms of Use for the Review Section

By posting in this review section, all users agree to the following terms and conditions. This Agreement and its terms and conditions may be modified from time to time by the AAFP and such modifications will be effective upon posting to this Web site.

This review section shall not be used to send messages containing defamatory, abusive, profane, threatening, offensive or illegal information or materials.

Users of this discussion list may be individually liable for all communications that they post on this review section and should comply with all applicable federal and state law, including those pertaining to antitrust and intellectual property.

By using this review section, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the AAFP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all loss, claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) to the extent the same arise out of the users posting of messages on this review section.
